Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Handling Time

Once your payment is confirmed, orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Tax Policy

We do not charge sales tax. You pay 0% sales tax ($0.00) on every order.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page using your email address and order code.

Alaska & Hawaii

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery to these states typically takes 7–14 business days, and orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping threshold — standard shipping rates apply regardless of order total.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us right away so we can try to correct it before the order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
