How long does it take to process an order?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
Can I return an item I ordered by mistake?
Yes — as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and has its tags attached, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full process.
My package arrived damaged, what do I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order code and a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
